Brilliant Slab |
| As the name
suggests, the Slab appears to have been carved out of
a thick solid block. Its raised hearth conceals a recessed
gas fire and its controls, creating the appearance of
a fire burning on the slab surface.The slab won the industry's
'Fireplace of the year 2000' award and probably marks
the point when the designs of the 20th Century gave way
to the 21st. |
